It's a Kenmore 158.433 circa 1965. It needs a new motor belt but it runs - just needs a little TLC. It was an amazing find for $40! (With the table no less!)
Hope everything works out well for you grand daughter. I can not imagine how scary that must be. My dad had triple by pass surgery a month ago, but when you are the child it's probably not a scary as when you are the grand parent. Can only imagine. Will say a quick prayer for you and your grand daughter.
